These Terms of Service govern your use of ahlwash.com and any services provided by AHL Wash LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain and honest — please read them before booking.

1. Who We Are

AHL Wash LLC is a residential pressure washing company based in Springfield, Virginia. We serve homeowners across Fairfax County. You can reach us at ahlwashinfo@gmail.com or (703) 539-2129.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to request a quote for our services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or abusive information through any form on the site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website or via text message does not constitute a binding agreement. A service is only scheduled once we have confirmed a date, time, and price with you directly — by text, call, or email. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described.

4. Services We Provide

AHL Wash LLC provides residential exterior pressure washing services including driveways, walkways, entry areas, patios, porches, retaining walls, and trash bin cleaning. Services are performed in the Springfield, VA area and surrounding Fairfax County communities.

Services we do not currently provide: We do not treat pre-damaged concrete or clean wood decks and fences. We will inform you during the quoting process if a requested surface falls outside the scope of what we can safely service. We reserve the right to decline a job if we determine the surface condition poses a risk of damage.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your service safely and effectively, you agree to:

  • Move all vehicles out of the driveway or area being cleaned before we arrive
  • Ensure there is an accessible outdoor water spigot at your property
  • Secure pets indoors or away from the work area
  • Be available at the start of the job for a brief walkthrough
  • Notify us of any known surface damage, fragile areas, or conditions we should be aware of before we begin

If we arrive and the property is not reasonably prepared and we are unable to complete the service, a trip fee may apply.

6. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service, after the work is complete. We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and credit/debit card via Square. We do not collect payment in advance through this website. A digital receipt will be provided automatically upon payment.

7. Our Satisfaction Guarantee ("The Springfield Standard")

If your surfaces do not look noticeably better after we complete the job, you do not owe us anything. We will also return within 7 days at no charge to address any area we missed due to our own workmanship.

This guarantee has reasonable limitations:

  • It does not cover pre-existing damage, cracks, or discoloration that pressure washing cannot correct
  • Deep oil stains and rust stains may improve significantly but may not be fully removable — we will tell you this upfront before starting, and the guarantee still applies to all other surfaces on the job
  • It applies to the specific surfaces included in your confirmed service agreement, not to surfaces outside the agreed scope

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when possible, as we block off time for your appointment. Repeated same-day cancellations may affect our ability to continue scheduling service for you.

We may cancel or reschedule your appointment due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. In those cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience at no additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take care with every job, but pressure washing involves water and pressure that can interact unpredictably with certain surfaces and conditions. AHL Wash LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage to surfaces that were already cracked, fragile, deteriorating, or improperly installed prior to our arrival
  • Damage resulting from conditions you did not disclose during the quoting process
  • Incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service performed

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. If you have concerns about a particular surface, raise them before we begin — we would rather skip a surface than cause a problem.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the AHL Wash name and logo, and before/after photography — is owned by AHL Wash LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
