AHL Wash LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates ahlwash.com. Quote request form. When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the information you provide:

  • Service address
  • Service type selected
  • Any optional details you choose to include

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is handled in person after your service is complete.

Analytics data. When you visit our site, certain technical information is collected automatically by our hosting and analytics tools (see Section 4). This may include your general location (country/region), device type, browser, referring website, and pages visited. This data is anonymized and aggregated — it is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the quote form solely to:

  • Respond to your quote request (typically within 10 minutes during business hours)
  • Schedule and complete your pressure washing service
  • Follow up on your completed job if needed

We do not use your information to send you unsolicited marketing emails, add you to mailing lists, or contact you for purposes unrelated to your service request. We will not contact you again after your job is complete unless you reach out to us first.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate our business:

  • Resend (resend.com) — the email delivery service we use to forward your quote request to our team inbox. Your submitted form data passes through Resend's servers for this purpose. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Vercel (vercel.com) — our website hosting provider. Vercel processes all traffic to ahlwash.com and operates the analytics tools described below. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

No other third parties receive your personal information.

4. Analytics and Performance Tools

Vercel Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This tool collects anonymized, aggregated data including pages visited, referrer, country, device type, and browser. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Vercel Speed Insights. We use Vercel Speed Insights to monitor our site's Core Web Vitals — metrics like load time, layout shift, and interactivity. This data is aggregated and anonymized and is used only to improve site performance.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Vercel's tools use privacy-preserving methods that do not require cookies for basic measurement. Quote request information is delivered directly to our business email inbox (ahlwashinfo@gmail.com) via Resend. We do not store your submissions in a separate database. We retain this information in our email records for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your service relationship with us. If you would like us to delete your information, contact us using the details in Section 9.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted securely, and access to our email inbox is limited to our team. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take this seriously and follow reasonable practices to protect what you share with us.

8. Your Rights — Virginia Residents (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives you certain rights regarding your personal data, including:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data
